Financial Information
To ensure transparency, GTALLC provides the following breakdown of mandatory fees for our 21-day Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) program. Each fee description outlines its purpose and specific use during the program.
Tuition
Covers all instructional and classroom hours required for the 160-hour ELDT curriculum.

Third Party Fees – Required by State and Other Governing Bodies
DMV CDL Learner’s Permit
This state fees for obtaining the CDL Learner’s Permit can be paid by student directly to the corresponding vendor or GTALLC for convenience, which includes: $89.50 for CDL upgrade, $6.00 for General Knowledge Test, $6.00 for Air Brake Test, $6.00 for Combination Vehicle Test, $8.00 for new CDL picture.
Third Party Testing Fee
This fee for third-party testing and truck usage for a one-time skills test must be paid to GTALLC Before Tesing. Trainees who need to retake the Road skills test, after failing must pay an additional $350.00 per retest.
DOT Physical & Card
This fee covers the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and issuance of a medical certification card. It can be paid directly to the Vendor or to GTALLC for convenience.
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
This fee for obtaining a 3-year Motor Vehicle Report, required for program enrollment can be paid to its third-party vendor or to GTALLC for convenience.
Drug Test (Urine Analysis)
This fee which covers the cost of a urine analysis (UA) drug test, required prior within 2 weeks of participation in the program can be paid directly to the third-party vendor or to GTALLC
